Nancy was one of the original partners with Loring, Sternberg & Associates, serving as managing partner until 2006. Prior to joining LSA, she was first the Associate Executive Director of Kappa Alpha Theta Fraternity, and later the Executive Director of the Kappa Alpha Theta Foundation. While with LSA, she also served as Executive Director of Indiana Dollars for Scholars, a network of statewide grassroots community scholarship foundations affiliated with Scholarship America, and the North American Inter-fraternal Foundation, which supported the interests of the fraternity/sorority systems.
Nancy’s experience with LSA includes development audits, feasibility studies, capital campaigns, strategic planning, annual giving, major/planned giving, and board development. After leaving LSA, Nancy joined the St. Vincent Foundation as Director of Foundation Advancement overseeing annual, major, planned and capital fundraising efforts including two capital campaigns totaling more than $20M, and later served as Vice President Development, where she oversaw all fundraising efforts and managed a staff of 12 and a board of more than 25 community leaders.
In addition to her professional career, Nancy has also been active in the community and currently serves as a Trustee of the Kappa Alpha Theta Foundation, and on the boards of Second Presbyterian Church, the Indianapolis Great Banquet, Family Promise/Interfaith Hospitality Network, and is a former board president of the Association of Fundraising Professionals – Indiana Chapter. Nancy has a BA from DePauw University, a MSEd from Butler University and an MDiv from Christian Theological Seminary. She is married to Charlie Frick and lives in Carmel, IN.
